We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at karlyn@nylrak.com. Yes! Every body oil candle is made from natural, skin-safe oils and cosmetic-grade ingredients. Once melted, the warm oil can be gently massaged into the skin for deep hydration — always test a small amount first to ensure comfort.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
