We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at karlyn@nylrak.com. If your return is approved, we’ll send you a shipping label and instructions. Please note that we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, or personal care goods. EU customers also have a 14-day cooling-off period.
